Federal Work-Study Program

The Federal Work Study program is a Federal Student Aid program created by the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964. The purpose of the program is to provide jobs for eligible students who need financial assistance to attend college. Students must apply for financial aid. Federal work study is awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.
