Campus Safety and Security

Pursuant to 20 United States Code section 1092(f), the “Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act” and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), each institution of higher education in the United States which participates in federal student aid programs must produce and distribute an Annual Security Report containing crime statistics and statements of security policy. Please click on the link provided to view Moraine Park Technical College’s Annual Campus Security Report.

Reporting of Criminal Actions or Emergencies

Moraine Park provides security Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the school year, excluding holidays and Spring Break. Students and/or staff are encouraged to call 911 if they witness an extreme situation that merits immediate attention. The emergency should then be reported to the Security or the Student Services office. To report non-emergency incidents, contact Security or staff in the appropriate Student Services office. If you are the victim of a crime that represents a continuing threat to students and employees, federal law requires the College to make a timely warning to other potential victims. To do so, the College must be made aware of any crime that might occur.

All crimes must be reported to the security officer on duty or one of the following Campus Security Authorities (CSAs):
